Engraving run during Holiday Season.
The last Laser Engraving intake for this year will be on the 18th of December 2018, for dispatch on 20th and 21st December 2018. The first Laser Engraving batch in 2019 will be Friday 11 January and dispatch starting from the 16th of January 2019. You are more than welcome to place your orders during this time in order to receive your order within the last week of January as the end of December, January and February are considered peak periods.

How long will it take to process and receive my Order?
Customised and personalised orders will be processed, dispatched within 10 working days following verification of payment receipt and stock availability. Delivery can take from 2 to 8 days following dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive a SMS notification detailing your tracking number on the day of dispatch from our offices and a second SMS notification will be sent on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your parcel. Non-customised orders will be dispatched on a Wednesday or Friday respectively following receipt and verification of payment receipt and stock availability. You will receive a SMS notification detailing your tracking number on the day of dispatch from our offices and a second SMS notification will be sent on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your parcel.   If you selected a Collection Point please refer to COLLECTION POINT details below to make contact accordingly and arrange your collection (you will not receive any SMS’s if this option is selected).

ICE-TAGS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering your order if the incorrect postal code is given at time of placing an order online. Please ensure the correct postal code for your nominated physical address is given as the courier services rely on this information to ensure prompt delivery.

Where can I find a complete list of all the Products and Prices?
There are so many types, colours and sizes of Products available, the easiest and quickest way to find the list will be to the following:

– The Products Categories will show, simply click on the Category applicable,
– Select your particular Product and Click on it to view more details and the prices.

What are the payment options available?
ICE-TAGS is a Secure Website (https://) and can accept payment via a Credit or Debit Card through our secure online Payfast Platform. Alternatively you can do an EFT payment via your Internet Banking channel, Snapscan (available via your Smartphone App Store) or a Cash deposit into our bank account (cash deposit fees applicable).

Do you have different sizes of wristbands?
There are certain bands which are adjustable and some which are not and only come in certain sizes. All the details are listed in the description of each wristband. For the bands which are not adjustable, you need the measure the wearer’s wrist before placing your order to ensure the wristband fits the wearer comfortably. Simply take a piece of string and wrap it around the wrist then check it against a ruler to determine the wrist size and you can select the nearest available size

What if I order the incorrect size wristband?
It is advisable to measure the wearer’s wrist before placing your order. If the incorrect size is ordered and dispatched, please notify us upon receipt of the wristband. If there is an option to swap out the wristband ICE-TAGS will do with pleasure however you will be liable for the postage/courier costs to return the incorrect size wristband to ICE-TAGS as well as the costs to send you the correct band size once the incorrect size band has been received by ICE-TAGS. If it is the case of a product that has the ID Plate incorporated in the Wristband such as the Dual Link Bracelet or Paracord, ICE-TAGS can re-do your order and you will be liable for the full cost of the new complete wristband and the relevant courier costs.

What happens if there is a error on my ICE-TAGS order?
Should ICE-TAGS be found at fault your item will be replaced at no additional charge to you, including courier costs. If errors were made from your side, replacement parts are available (if applicable) and you will be liable for any additional costs and courier fees.

What is the guarantee on your products?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we must be notified immediately upon receipt. Should your engraving fade or wear off we will replace the ID Plate/Product at no additional charge (this does not include scratches, malicious or accidental damage). ICE-TAGS do not guarantee any wristbands or straps.

Can I have my own image or Logo engraved on your Products?
Unquestionably..Yes. Please send us your logo/image to info@ice-tags.co.za and the product you are interested in and we will notify you by return email if it is possible and the applicable costs if any. Or you can simply choose the option to upload your logo on the specific product page where you would submit your engraving information.

What is your Refunds Policy?
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase once payment has been made, you will be liable for a handling fee totalling 20% of the value of the item purchased. If your item has been sent for engraving already, you will be liable for the full amount of the value of the item purchased. We must receive notification in writing of your cancellation and the original purchaser of the items must sign the relevant documentation.
When you confirm your order with us and the order process has been completed in the form of payment, your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid via EFT, are restricted by our terms & conditions. Prior to you making any purchases please ensure you have read our terms and conditions, which are available online to view. Once payment has been made for your purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you are unsure about any of the terms and conditions, please contact us via our Contact Form online before making any purchase through this website.

Can I order in Bulk?
Yes most certainly can – please feel free to send us an email to info@ice-tags.co.za with your requirements and we will assist. Should you not find a suitable product in our catalogue and have your own preference, please include an image of the product you are interested in and we will source and price accordingly.

How to Track my Parcel?
Courier Services to your door:
– If your choice of selection was “Courier Services to your door”, your Parcel can be Tracked by Logging back in to your account by simply either clicking on “My Account” on the Site and complete your Username and Password or by opening your Email that you have received from ICE-TAGS with the subject line “Your Account On ICE-TAGS”. Click on the bottom link and complete your Username and Password. The screen will display your Account Details and Recent Orders. Click on the recent Order Number on the left underneath ORDER and your Order Status will be displayed in Yellow.
– When “On Hold” your Payment has not been made or Receipted as yet and could take up to 24 Hours to be Receipted.
– When “Processing” your Payment has been Receipted and your Item is being Processed.
– When “Completed” you will receive an SMS from our Courier Company called Dawn Wing indicating the Tracking number and the status of the Parcel. Please feel free to Track your Parcel by clicking on the TRACK YOUR ORDER on our website and entering your Tracking Number you have received per SMS from Dawn Wing.

Collection:
– If your choice of selection was “Collection”, your Parcel can be Tracked by Logging back in to your account by simply either clicking on “My Account” on the Site and complete your Username and Password. Or by opening your Email that you have received from ICE-TAGS with the subject line “Your Account On ICE-TAGS”. Click on the bottom link and complete your Username and Password. The screen will display your Account Details and Recent Orders. Click on the recent Order Number on the left underneath ORDER and your Order Status will be displayed in Yellow.
– When “On Hold” your Payment has not been made or Receipted as yet and could take up to 24 Hours to be Receipted.
– When “Processing” your Payment has been Receipted and your Item is being Processed.
– When “Completed” your Order is ready for Collection and an Email from ICE-TAGS will be sent to you notifying you of the Completion, followed by another email detailing the Collection Address information.

How do I use my Gift Certificate / Store Credit?
If the Coupon number starts with “IT” (ICE-TAGS):
– Open the PDF attachment where you will find your Coupon Code and the expiry date of the Coupon.
– Once all your Products are in the Cart, Paste the Coupon Code in the block on the bottom left where it states “Apply Coupon” and continue with Checkout. Your Coupon value will be deducted from the Total. (Please note the Coupon Value does not decrease the Postage Value).

Lost your Username or Password?
Please click on “My Account” at the top of the page. Click on “Lost your Password?” at the bottom left of the Login box. Insert your username or email used for your last order and click “Reset Password”. An automated Link to “Password Reset Instructions” will be emailed immediately.
